General Terms of Use

آخر تحديث 22 أكتوبر 2026 · الإصدار 1.0

1. Purpose

These general terms of use (the "Terms of Use") set out the rules governing access to and use of the website https://visaska.com and its associated services (the "Site"), published by Kondoria — EURL, a EURL (entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée) with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered with the RCS Paris 931 960 280 under number 931 960 280, whose registered office is located at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France ("Visaska", "we").

Visaska is a private assistance service for applying for visas and travel authorisations. It is not an official body: it does not issue any visa, and the decision rests exclusively with the authorities of the country concerned. You may always make your application directly to the authorities, via the official portal indicated on each destination page.

Orders are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTCS"), which prevail over these Terms of Use in all matters relating to orders. The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

2. Definitions

  • User or you: any person who accesses the Site, whether or not they place an order.
  • Customer: a User who places an order for a service.
  • Traveller: the person for whom a visa or authorisation application is prepared.
  • Account: the optional personal area allowing you to view all your applications.
  • Tracking Area: the secure page specific to each application, accessible with or without an Account.
  • User Content: any information, answer, document or message that you transmit via the Site.

3. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Use of the Site implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you must stop using the Site. The applicable Terms of Use are those in force at the time of your use; they are accessible at any time in the footer.

4. Access to the Site

4.1 Conditions of access

Access to the Site and consultation of its information are free of charge. Internet access and equipment costs remain your responsibility. The Site is intended for adults; a minor may use it only under the responsibility of his or her parents or legal representative, who place orders on the minor's behalf.

4.2 Availability

We endeavour to make the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or updates, or owing to events beyond our control (failure of a service provider, cyber attack, force majeure). Where possible, we inform the Customers concerned of scheduled interruptions. These interruptions do not affect the timeframe commitments provided for in the GTCS, subject to the exclusions defined therein.

4.3 Changes to the Site

We may change the features and content of the Site at any time, in particular to take account of changes made by the authorities to their procedures.

5. Information published on the Site

The information published on the Site (entry requirements, required documents, official fee amounts, processing times, results of the eligibility checker) is based on official sources and updated regularly. It is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute legal advice. The rules laid down by the authorities may change without notice: in the event of any discrepancy, the information published by the competent authority is authoritative.

The results of the eligibility checker depend on the criteria you enter. They do not prejudge the decision of the authorities or the decision of the border control authorities.

6. Account

6.1 Optional nature

Creating an Account is not necessary in order to place an order. Each order gives access to a Tracking Area, via a secure link sent to the email address provided when ordering. An Account additionally allows you to view all your applications, to pre-fill the information for your future orders and to manage your preferences.

6.2 Login methods

You may create an Account and log in to it:

  • by means of a single-use login link ("magic link") sent to your email address;
  • with your Google account;
  • with your Apple ID.

Visaska does not manage passwords. When you use Google or Apple, we receive only the information necessary to identify you (name, email address, technical identifier), under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy. Use of these services is also subject to their own terms.

6.3 Security

Your Account and your Tracking Areas are personal to you. You are responsible for the security of your email account and of the Google or Apple accounts used to log in, as well as for the confidentiality of the links sent to you. Do not forward these links to third parties. If you discover or suspect any unauthorised use, inform us immediately at contact@visaska.com; we may invalidate current sessions and links.

6.4 One Account per person

An Account is linked to a natural person. You may use it to manage the applications of the Travellers on whose behalf you are authorised to act (Article 9).

6.5 Closing the Account

You may close your Account at any time from its settings or by writing to contact@visaska.com. Closing the Account does not interrupt applications in progress, which remain accessible via their Tracking Area, and does not result in the deletion of data that we are required to keep by law (in particular accounting records).

An Account that has been inactive for 3 years is deleted, after prior notice by email.

7. Ordering without an Account and unpaid applications

When you start an application without an Account, its progress is saved in your browser and associated with a draft on our servers, so that you can resume it. An unpaid draft is deleted after 7 days. You may also receive by email a link allowing you to resume the draft on another device.

8. Accuracy of the information provided

8.1 Your undertaking

You undertake to provide information that is accurate, complete, up to date and truthful, and identical to that shown on the Traveller's passport and official documents. The authorities impose severe penalties for inaccurate statements: refusal of the application, cancellation of the visa, refusal of entry, a ban from the territory, or even criminal prosecution.

8.2 Automatically extracted data

To save you time, certain information may be extracted automatically from your documents (reading of the passport's MRZ strip, character recognition). This information is presented to you for verification: you must check it and correct it if necessary before validating it. You remain responsible for the information you validate.

8.3 Consequences

Visaska enters the information as you have provided and validated it. Visaska is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information, under the conditions set out in the GTCS.

9. Applications on behalf of others

You may prepare or submit an application for another person only if you are authorised to do so:

  • as a parent or legal representative, for a minor or a protected adult (majeur protégé);
  • by virtue of the express agreement of the adult concerned (for example a relative or colleague travelling with you).

In that case, you declare that you have obtained that person's information and documents lawfully, that you have informed that person of the use that will be made of them and of the Privacy Policy, and that you can provide evidence of your authorisation on request. Travel agencies and other professionals acting on behalf of their clients must contact us beforehand at contact@visaska.com.

10. Uploaded documents

10.1 Accepted documents

You may upload the documents required for the application (passport identity page, photograph, supporting documents such as accommodation booking, ticket, bank statements, letter of invitation) in the formats and sizes indicated on the Site. Documents must be legible, complete and unaltered, and must belong to you or to the Traveller on whose behalf you are authorised to act.

10.2 Processing of documents

We use your documents solely to prepare, check and submit the application, and to respond to requests from the authority. We may crop or resize a photograph, or convert a file, in order to comply with the technical requirements of the official portal, without altering its content. We check the apparent compliance of documents, but do not verify and cannot guarantee their authenticity.

10.3 Retention and deletion

Documents are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to authorised persons. They are deleted 30 days after the application is closed (Delivery, refusal or cancellation). The visa or authorisation issued remains available in your Tracking Area for 90 days after its Delivery: remember to save it. Details of retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited in particular:

  • to provide false or misleading information, or to upload documents that are falsified, counterfeit, altered or belong to a third party without authorisation;
  • to prepare or submit an application for a person without being authorised to do so, or by impersonating another person;
  • to use the Site to circumvent a ban from a territory, a sanction or immigration legislation, or for any unlawful purpose;
  • to use payment methods that are stolen or of which you are not the authorised holder;
  • to extract, collect or copy, by automated or other means (bots, "scraping", "crawling"), all or part of the content, prices or databases of the Site, except for indexing by search engines in compliance with the robots.txt file;
  • to resell the services of Visaska or to integrate them into a third-party service without written agreement;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of the Site: attempted intrusion, circumvention of security measures, unauthorised vulnerability testing, sending viruses or malicious code, deliberate overloading;
  • to use the Site's messaging service to send content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unrelated to the application;
  • to reproduce the Site or to create confusion with Visaska or with an official body.

If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to us in good faith at contact@visaska.com without exploiting it.

12. Communications

Communications relating to your application take place by email and via the messaging service in your Tracking Area. These so-called transactional communications are necessary for the performance of the service and cannot be disabled while an application is in progress. We send you marketing communications only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message.

We will never ask you for your full bank details by email, telephone or messaging. If you are in doubt as to the authenticity of a message purporting to come from Visaska, contact us at contact@visaska.com.

13. Suspension and termination

13.1 By Visaska

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, in particular in the event of a prohibited use within the meaning of Article 11, or of serious suspicion of fraud, Visaska may, after inviting you to submit your observations where the situation permits, suspend access to your Account or to a Tracking Area, suspend the processing of an application, or close your Account. In the event of proven fraud or serious risk to the security of the Site or of third parties, the measure may be taken without notice.

The financial consequences of the suspension or cancellation of an order are governed by the GTCS. Visaska may report to the competent authorities any act likely to constitute an offence, in particular the use of false documents.

13.2 By you

You may stop using the Site and close your Account at any time (Article 6.5).

14. Intellectual property

The Site and all its elements (texts, guides, questionnaires, graphics, logos, software, databases) are the property of Kondoria — EURL or are licensed to it, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse is prohibited, as specified in the Legal Notice.

You retain all your rights in your User Content. You grant Visaska, solely for the period necessary and solely for the purposes of performing the service, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, technically adapt (cropping, format conversion) and transmit that content to the competent authority and to the service providers involved in performing the service.

If you send us suggestions for improvement, you agree that we may use them freely, without consideration.

15. Hyperlinks

The Site contains links to third-party websites, in particular the official portals of the authorities. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their practices. The conditions for creating links to the Site are set out in the Legal Notice.

16. Liability

16.1 Liability of Visaska

Visaska is liable for the proper performance of its obligations under these Terms of Use and the GTCS. Visaska is not liable for:

  • interruptions of the Site due to maintenance, to a failure of a network or of a third-party service provider, or to an event of force majeure;
  • use of the Site that does not comply with these Terms of Use;
  • the decisions of the authorities and the content of third-party websites;
  • damage resulting from fraudulent use of your access credentials attributable to a security failure of your email account or your equipment.

These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct (faute lourde ou dolosive) on the part of Visaska and do not deprive consumers of their statutory rights.

16.2 Your liability

You are responsible for your use of the Site and for the information and documents you transmit. You shall indemnify Visaska against any third-party claim resulting from use of the Site in breach of these Terms of Use, in particular an application made on behalf of another person without authorisation.

17. Personal data and cookies

Visaska processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy; you may change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

18. Amendments to the Terms of Use

We may amend these Terms of Use, in particular to take account of changes to the Site, to the regulations or to the practices of the authorities. Users holding an Account are informed of any material change by email or on their next login, at least 15 days before it comes into force, unless the change is required by law or by the security of the Site. Continued use of the Site after the change comes into force constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Use. Orders remain governed by the GTCS accepted when they were placed.

19. Language

These Terms of Use are drafted and published in English only. No translation is provided.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, without prejudice to any more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at contact@visaska.com in order to seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also have recourse, free of charge, to consumer mediation under the conditions set out in the GTCS. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts under the conditions set out in the GTCS.
