1. Purpose
This policy explains which cookies and other trackers are used on the website https://visaska.com (the "Site"), published by Kondoria — EURL ("Visaska", "we"), what they are used for, how long they are kept and how you can accept them, refuse them or change your choices at any time.
It has been drawn up in accordance with Article 82 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, and with the CNIL guidelines and recommendation of 17 September 2020 on cookies and other trackers. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What is a cookie or tracker?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. Other technologies have a comparable effect, in particular the browser's local storage ("localStorage"), which allows a website to store information on your device. In this policy, the term "cookies" refers to all such trackers.
Some cookies are placed by Visaska ("first-party" cookies), others by partners ("third-party" cookies).
3. Your consent
3.1 Cookies that do not require your consent
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site or for the provision of the service you request (login, remembering your language and your application in progress, securing payment, remembering your cookie choices) are exempt from consent. They cannot be disabled from our cookie management tool, as the Site would no longer function properly without them.
3.2 Cookies subject to your consent
Preference, audience measurement and marketing cookies are placed and read only after you have given your agreement. None of them is activated until you have made a choice.
3.3 The cookie banner
On your first visit, a banner offers you three options, presented on an equal footing:
- Accept all: you accept all categories of cookies subject to consent;
- Reject all: only strictly necessary cookies are used; refusing is as easy as accepting;
- Customise: you choose, category by category, which cookies you accept.
Refusing cookies that are subject to consent has no consequence for your access to the Site or for your order.
3.4 Duration and renewal of your choices
Your choices are recorded in the visaska_consent cookie, together with the version of this policy and the date and time of your choice. We ask you for them again:
- after a period of 6 months;
- when this policy is significantly amended, in particular when a new category of cookies or a new partner is added.
In order to be able to demonstrate that your consent was validly obtained, we keep a record of your choices (random identifier, choices made, policy version, timestamp) for 13 months.
3.5 Changing your choices or withdrawing your consent
You may change your choices or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by clicking on the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page of the Site. Withdrawing your consent results in the deactivation of the cookies concerned; we delete those we have placed and stop reading those of our partners.

These trackers make your browsing more convenient. They are used only with your consent.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Where the Site shows our rating on Trustpilot, the rating is displayed by a widget loaded from Trustpilot A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark), which may place its own cookies. The widget is loaded only if you accept preference cookies; otherwise a simple link to our Trustpilot page is shown instead. Links inviting you to review us on Trustpilot place no tracker on the Site.
4.3 Audience measurement
Without cookies (always on). We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which places no cookie and reads or writes nothing on your device, so it needs no consent. It records the page viewed (without its query string, and with any file or link identifier masked), the referring site, the country, the browser and the type of device. Visitors are not identified from one day to the next. The back-office is not measured. The data is processed by Vercel Inc. (see the Privacy Policy).
With cookies (only with your consent). These cookies allow us to know how many people visit the Site and how its pages are used, in order to improve it. They are used only if this feature is enabled on the Site and you have consented to it.

The data collected by Google Analytics (pages viewed, length of visit, device type, origin, approximate location) is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. It never contains the information entered in your visa application.
4.4 Marketing
These cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show you, on other websites and social networks, advertisements tailored to your interests. They are used only if this feature is enabled on the Site and you have consented to it.

The data collected is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which may transfer it to the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For certain operations, these partners act as controllers: their own privacy policies apply. No passport data, no document and no answer to your questionnaire is transmitted to these partners.
5. Signing in with Google or Apple
If you choose to sign in with your Google account or your Apple ID, you are redirected to the Google or Apple website, which may place its own cookies in accordance with its own policy. These cookies are placed on the Google or Apple domains and not on the Site.
6. Configuring your browser
In addition to our cookie management tool, you can configure your browser to block cookies, to warn you before they are placed or to delete those already stored, as well as local storage. The procedure varies from browser to browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) and is described in its help section.
Please note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, certain features of the Site will no longer work, in particular login, resuming your application in progress and payment.
7. Your rights
Data collected by means of cookies constitutes personal data where it allows you to be identified. You have the rights over this data described in our Privacy Policy, which you may exercise by writing to dpo@visaska.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Changes
We may amend this policy, in particular to add or remove a cookie or a partner. Any significant change results in a new version of the policy and a new request for consent on your next visit. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
