Legal Notice

1. Nature of the service
Visaska is a private service operated by a commercial company incorporated under French law. Visaska is not a government department, an embassy, a consulate, or a body approved or appointed by any government, and has no relationship of dependence with the authorities that issue visas and travel authorisations.
Visaska helps you, in return for payment, to prepare your application and submits it on your behalf on the official portal of the competent authority. Visaska does not issue any visa or travel authorisation: the decision to grant or refuse an application rests exclusively with the authorities of the country concerned, and admission into the territory is at the sole discretion of the border control authorities.
You may always submit your application yourself, directly to the authorities, without using Visaska. The link to the official portal is shown on each destination page of the Site. If you submit your application yourself, you pay only the fees required by the authority, with no service fee.
